After payment costs, you keep 80% of your price and Dharta keeps 20%, both by default.
Dharta's share comes from your price alone, never from the cost of running your agent.

A monthly or yearly price includes a set amount of use each period.
Your users pay for use past that, and for all of it on a one-time price.
Running costs are Dharta's to set.
Dharta sets and publishes what running your agent costs, $1 per million tokens by default at launch.

Refunds and disputes, handled.
Dharta handles your refunds and covers disputed charges. The user's access stops at once, so a loss never runs past one billing period.
Dharta may ask for the money back only where a run of disputes comes from your own conduct.

Your users buy from Dharta, so Dharta sends the invoice and works out their sales tax.
